At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:**As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will build relationships with guests through outbound phone calls and personalized email outreach, helping them plan memorable MGM Resorts experiences. Each day, you will review their guest portfolio, identify sales opportunities, book hotel reservations, maximize available offers, and recommend dining, entertainment, and special events. You will collaborate with property teams and business partners to deliver exceptional guest service while achieving individual and team sales goals. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing personalized service, and driving results through relationship-building and sales.
