Emergency Response Paramedic

Paramedic We are seeking Paramedics passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care and service. Responsibilities include assessing call situations, applying advanced medical procedures using equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, and IV fluids, and communicating effectively with patients and families to provide reassurance. Leadership duties involve acting as team leader and managing scene and unit operations, including ambulance driving during emergency responses. Collaboration with healthcare and public safety personnel is essential. Additionally, participation in community programs helps maintain a positive community presence. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Kansas Paramusic certification or eligibility, valid driver’s license, and required certifications (BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred). Candidates must pass a physical agility test, have some healthcare experience, and maintain a compliant driving record. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
