Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Alamo City Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced urgent care environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with physicians and support staff while managing a diverse range of acute medical conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient care in a high-volume urgent care settingEvaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuriesPerform procedures within scope of practice and trainingCollaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team membersActively participate in daily team huddles and support clinical staff with workflow and process improvementsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) systemUtilize and support AI-assisted EMR documentation tools as appropriateQualifications & RequirementsActive and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of TexasMinimum of 2 years of urgent care experience preferredNational certification: PA: NCCPANP: AANP or ANCCDEA license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)DOT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)ACLS and PALS certifications preferred but not requiredStrong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We OfferBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.)Competitive compensation with a consistent and predictable scheduleOpportunity to work with diverse and high-acuity patient populationsSupportive and collaborative clinical environmentModern facilities equipped with advanced diagnostic toolsSchedule & Compensation:Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:45 AM – 8:00 PM)Rotating Saturdays (7:45 AM – 5:00 PM)Closed on SundaysClosed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (holiday rotations apply)Compensation: Competitive shift-based pay: $75–$80 per hour
