Job Overview
We are looking for a Web Program Manager with strong experience in web/digital projects and program management. This role will support major web initiatives and high-profile events, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional web, UX/design, development, publishing, and analytics teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of web and digital experiences along with strong program management skills. This is not just a project tracking role-the candidate should understand business requirements, recommend web/UX best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, and guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead web strategy, production, and digital initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business objectives.
- Apply web, UX/UI, and digital best practices to projects.
- Work with UX/design, development, publishing, and analytics teams.
- Manage web content, publishing activities, and digital workflows.
- Challenge high-effort or low-value requests and recommend better solutions.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Use JIRA for workflow and project management.
- Analyze web performance and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and scalable solutions.
- Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across complex web programs.
- Provide clear communication and status updates to business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Web/Digital Program or Project Management .
- Experience with web production and digital experiences.
- Good understanding of UX/UI and web best practices .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with web content management and publishing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and workflow management .
- Understanding of web analytics and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and requirements-shaping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale digital platforms or high-profile events.
- Experience working with enterprise web teams.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and web optimization.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
