Senior AI Coach

Skills: AI Coaching & Adoption, AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI Experience: 12+ years We at Coforge are hiring a Senior AI Coach with the following skillset: Seeking a Senior AI Coach to help clients accelerate AI adoption and transform ideas into measurable business outcomes. Similar to an Agile Coach, this role focuses on guiding teams, leaders, and organizations on where AI can create value, how it should be implemented, and how adoption can be scaled across the enterprise. Working closely with MOD Squads, Product Teams, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Business Stakeholders, you will help identify AI opportunities, coach delivery teams, and influence leadership on AI strategy, governance, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Coach teams on AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI adoption. Facilitate AI workshops, use-case discovery, and innovation sessions. Help teams move from experimentation to production-scale AI solutions. Drive AI literacy and capability building across organizations. Advise Directors, VPs, and executive leaders on AI transformation. Develop AI roadmaps, recommendations, and executive presentations. Translate technical concepts into business outcomes and investment priorities. Help shape enterprise-wide AI operating models and adoption strategies. Delivery & Governance Support teams throughout the AI lifecycle from ideation to value realization. Establish AI adoption metrics, ROI frameworks, and success measures. Promote responsible, secure, and governed use of AI. Partner with Architecture, Security, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, consulting, or product delivery. 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, or Intelligent Automation. Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and influencing senior executives. Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution. Ideal Background Agile Coach with AI Transformation Experience. Success in This Role Within the first year, this leader will: Enable teams to move from AI pilots to measurable business value. Drive adoption of AI-assisted and multi-agent development practices. Improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes through AI-enabled workflows. Increase AI maturity through governance, coaching, and scalable processes. Help leadership prioritize and execute high-value AI initiatives. Create measurable ROI and executive confidence in AI transformation programs.
