Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Satisfaction

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Washington, DC area community to drive leasing activity, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases. You will coordinate move-ins and ensure apartment readiness while collaborating with maintenance and marketing teams. You will monitor occupancy, implement marketing plans, use Yardi/OneSite, and follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
