OVERVIEW: The Hostess provides a welcoming first impression and exceptional guest experience by greeting members and visitors, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the dining area. The Hostess plays a crucial role in maintaining the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the country club when possible, using proper member name usage.

• Assign and manage seating, ensuring timely accommodation for guests.

• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or events.

• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth operation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and waiting area.

• Monitor dining area for guest satisfaction and proactively engage with patrons.

• Manage dress code adherence for members

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Proficiency with reservation management systems.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
