The Hostess plays a crucial role in maintaining the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the country club when possible, using proper member name usage. • Assign and manage seating, ensuring timely accommodation for guests. • Provide menus and inform guests about specials or events. • Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth operation. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and waiting area. • Monitor dining area for guest satisfaction and proactively engage with patrons. • Manage dress code adherence for members SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • This job has no supervisory responsibilities. COMPETENCIES - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
