About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in a cross-functional product development team, responsible for building software solutions. This role involves managing the prioritization of development work, driving the execution of the product development team, and serving as a communication hub to ensure alignment and clarity between different functions. The Associate Vice President, Product Manager will also be tasked with developing business requirements, translating them into functional user stories, and managing the product roadmap and backlog. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 4 years' relevant product management or banking work experience. A strong background in agile project methodologies, stakeholder management, and feature writing is essential. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, incorporate user feedback, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding collaboration, partnership, and customer service skills, as well as professionalism, initiative, and a team-player approach. Experience in an agile product development environment is preferred.
