HR Manager Healthcare Mission, Culture & Benefits
Alliance for Community Transfusion Services, LLC
Shepeard Community Blood Center seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, training, and engagement. The role reports to the CEO and guides HR strategy across the organization.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in HR with at least 3 years in management, knowledge of employment law, and strong leadership and communication skills. Healthcare experience is preferred.
