Project Manager

Summary We are working with a well-established, employee-owned mechanical and infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience managing complex mechanical, industrial, and process piping projects valued at $5M+. The ideal candidate is skilled in project oversight, estimating, scheduling, and mentoring field and office staff. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle project delivery including safety, quality, budget, procurement, and client relations Maintain project schedules and financial performance with support from internal teams Mentor project engineers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure team development and success Engage directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project Prepare proposal packages, takeoffs, conceptual and final estimates Support client acquisition and build long-term partnerships with repeat clients Drive communication across project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment Qualifications 7+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience) Experience managing construction projects over $5M in markets like hydro power, high-tech, or manufacturing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating platforms Ability to perform detailed estimating and change order management Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed Compensation + Benefits Discretionary merit bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee + dependents Tiered paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays (including one floating holiday) 401(k) with company match Career development roadmap and advancement opportunities Employee Assistance Program Long-term disability coverage Vehicle allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr RIMEPRO INC
