What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and sheet metal equipment
• Run Press Brake, CNC punch press, fiber laser, and PEM machines
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to produce quality parts
• Inspect parts and measure using calipers and tape measures
• Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues
• Support packaging, assembly, and general production as needed
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized
• Work closely with a small, team-oriented group

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Comfortable using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication
• Reliable, detail-focused, and self-motivated

Nice to Have

• Experience with Press Brake, CNC punch, or laser equipment
• Forklift experience
• Experience working in a quality or safety-driven environment

Work Environment

• Clean production / cleanroom-style setting
• Modern equipment and organized workflow
• Team of about 8–10 people with cross-training opportunities
• Standing, machine operation, and lifting up to 35 lbs required

This is a Contract position based out of Asheville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Asheville,NC.
