Position Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $22.00 Per Hour DOE
Full-time: Monday-Fri 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (as needed)
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We're a busy establishment looking for a reliable and organized professional to manage front desk operations and provide general administrative support. Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing calls (high volume)
- Mail/Files
- Data Entry
- Demonstrates strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Customer Service
- Detail Oriented
- Reports & Correspondence
- Professionalism
- Multitasking
- Coordination
- Handles Mail
- Office Inventory
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis)
- Proficient in performing basic math calculations efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel
