Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers.
