Requirements:

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Family friendly, easy going, and great work/life balance overall great place for a provider to work in the outdoorsy/four corners area
• FM-Will see all ages, IM- will see 18+
• Clinic is open Monday-Thursday 8a-7p and Friday 8a-5p the schedule is 32 hours per week
• No call, no weekends
• 100% outpatient
• 12-18 PPD
• EMR used is Nextgen
• Open to new grads
