What You'll Do 95% residential service work, 5% light commercial Meet homeowners, diagnose issues, and present solutions Build and present quotes Schedule and manage your own jobs Lead an apprentice Complete the work you sell Deliver a high-end customer experience What We Offer $50/hr base pay.
