Delivery Driver - Non-CDL

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings more than 100 years of experience as a leader in tire, undercar part, and lubricant distribution to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a 6am start until all deliveries are completed, rotating half‑day Saturdays. Schedules may change and overtime may be required. Responsibilities Drive a box truck under 26,001pounds or other vehicles on multiple routes, making 10–20 deliveries per day. Complete and maintain accurate driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law. Perform on‑time, safe deliveries in all weather conditions. Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections. Lift up to 50pounds consistently and up to 80pounds occasionally; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for tires, and a pushing force of up to 40pounds for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as needed. Work approximately 8–12hours per day. Operate a handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management. Collect payments from customers upon delivery. Qualifications 21years or older. Minimum one year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of a company road test. Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with company driver policy. Ability to lift 50pounds consistently and up to 80pounds occasionally; exert a pushing force of up to 40pounds. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts as required. Excellent customer‑service skills. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
