As a member of The Great Greek Family, you'll enjoy a fun, fast paced work environment in one of the fastest growing franchises in the United States.Duties and responsibilities include creating menus according to season and customer research, setting up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment, preparing food and presenting it in an appealing manner, supervising and delegating tasks to other team members, maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary, following all food safety regulations, participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.Qualifications include previous experience in a similar role, ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification, advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes, ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant franchise concept featuring authentic Greek recipes, made to order, with only the highest quality ingredients, fresh products, and outstanding hospitality.
