What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane
• Direct vehicles to the right service area
• Gather customer and vehicle information and relay it to Service Advisors
• Schedule or confirm service appointments
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Keep the service drive clean, organized, and welcoming
• Coordinate with advisors and technicians for efficient workflow
• Offer refreshments and amenities to waiting customers

• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles if needed
