Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Orwell, Ohio
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing in Orwell, Ohio. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control, fall prevention, and other safety protocols
Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care

Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current Ohio LPN license
CPR certification
