ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of dishes to order while maintaining our high standards for flavor and presentation.
Manage your station efficiently, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready before the dinner rush begins.
Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that every table receives their food on time and in perfect condition.
Keep your workspace clean and organized throughout the entire shift to maintain a safe environment.
Assist with inventory management and help keep the walk-in and dry storage areas tidy.
Adapt quickly to menu changes and seasonal specials created by the executive chef.
RequirementsMinimum of two years of experience working in a high-volume professional kitchen.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Ability to stand for long shifts and move with purpose through a busy kitchen.
Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of cooking techniques.
Reliability and a consistent schedule.
Culinary degree or formal certification is a plus but not strictly required.
