Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Cincinnati, OH | $120K–$150K Base + Bonus / Profit Sharing + Vehicle Allowance We are partnered with an established regional general contractor looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing Cincinnati team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects but also wants to play a larger role in the continued growth and development of a local team. The Opportunity Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project teams, subcontractors, design partners, and client relationships Maintain ownership of budget, schedule, contracts, procurement, and overall project execution Serve as a key point of contact with owners and project stakeholders Partner closely with field leadership throughout construction Support and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Help improve internal processes and contribute to the continued growth of the Cincinnati operation Opportunity to remain hands-on with projects while taking on increased leadership responsibility over time Project Exposure The team delivers a diverse mix of regional commercial construction work, including: Higher Education Corporate / Office Commercial Mixed-Use Institutional Cultural / Entertainment Renovations, additions, and occupied-facility projects What We’re Looking For 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor Proven experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contracts Experience working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Ability to independently lead projects while developing younger team members Cincinnati / Southwest Ohio market experience preferred Experience across multiple commercial sectors is a plus Why this Opportunity?
