About the Position

A thriving, physician-owned urology practice in West, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join as a full-time partner-track physician. Compensation:

• Competitive guaranteed salary (aligned with MGMA)
• $1.2M+ potential by years 2–3
• $50K signing bonus

Requirements:

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU)
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
