Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric settings and working with early childhood, elementary, and/or adolescent students
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement therapy for K–12 students with varied speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and legal standards
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student on your caseload
- Provide support and resources to families and education staff
