Housekeeper

Job Overview Drury Hotels is hiring full‑time and part‑time housekeepers at its Miramar Beach property, located at 50 Ponce De Leon St, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550. The position offers daytime shifts with flexible scheduling, and no previous cleaning experience is required as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and colleagues. Perform daily housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Provide guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information upon request. Assist in laundry and cleaning of public spaces as needed. Respond promptly and courteously to guests’ requests, inquiries, and complaints with a “Service+1” attitude. Work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Qualifications High school completion or equivalent, with at least 2 years of education. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies. Ability to work without direct supervision and follow instructions. Positive, resilient attitude and dedication to excellent customer service. Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently, and perform tasks such as pushing a vacuum, reaching, and kneeling. Spanish language proficiency is a plus; bilingual applicants are welcomed. Compensation Starting hourly pay $17.50 and up based on experience.
