As an unarmed patrol officer, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.45 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related concerns and activities according to post instructions. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify badges and/or visitor credentials, and support authorized access procedures for personnel, vendors, and deliveries. Communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or local responders when needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, or other security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
