Brand & Communications Manager Atlanta, US Remote Full-time $70,000 – $105,000 The Brand & Communications Manager shapes how Winixx shows up in the world — ensuring that our voice, visual identity, and public narrative are consistent, compelling, and true to who we are as a company. You will manage external communications, PR relationships, and brand standards across all Winixx product lines. What You'll Do Own and enforce the Winixx brand identity across all external‑facing materials and communications Develop and execute a PR and communications strategy including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership Build and manage relationships with freight, logistics, and technology media outlets Write executive communications including LinkedIn posts, op‑eds, and speaking submissions Manage brand standards documentation and ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and product materials Coordinate corporate announcements including product launches, partnership announcements, and funding news Oversee the company's social media brand presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms Support crisis communications planning and response What We're Looking For 4+ years of brand management, communications, or PR experience Strong writing skills across multiple formats including press releases, executive content, and brand copy Experience managing media relationships and securing earned coverage Deep understanding of brand positioning and visual identity systems Comfortable working with executives and representing the company voice externally Experience in freight, logistics, technology, or startup communications is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Existing relationships with freight or logistics media is a meaningful advantage Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
