Commissioning Manager

Commissioning Managers needed for large renewable construction sites across the country. Working with one of the top engineering and construction firms in the country, you will lead the transition from construction to commercial operation, ensuring electrical systems, solar panels and batteries meet standards before handover. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Location: Plver, Wisconsin Job Type: Contract Salary: $55 - 70 per hour Work Hours: 8am to 4pm Education: High School Responsibilities Plan and execute cold/hot commissioning, functional testing, and plant energization. Coordinate construction turnover to commissioning, VLF testing of power cables, cabinet clean and close, ground fault detection and resolution, grounding tests, and substation breaker testing. Manage testing for photovoltaic (PV) arrays, battery energy storage systems (BESS), SCADA networks, and high-voltage substations. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, PTA's and hazard analyses. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning of renewable energy systems. High School education required.
