Job Description:

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
• Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
• Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.

Education:

• Associate
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Field of Study: in an academic program in health science Required OR Technical/Vocational School Graduate of an accredited program in invasive cardiovascular technology Required

Work Experience: 1+ years of cardiac catheterization lab experience (Preferred) Special procedures experience, (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Required OR Registered Technologist Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (R.T(CI)(ARRT)) Required
• Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) (Preferred)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (Preferred)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) Required

Pay Range: $32.53 $60.50
