Our organization is actively looking for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Breast Imager to become part of our team at a facility in Huntington!

The Radiology Division at our Huntington location is in search of a full-time, part-time, or per diem Breast Imager. This opportunity allows the physician to thrive in a rapidly expanding practice that caters to a large and varied patient demographic, not only in Huntington but also at other nearby sites.

Long Island boasts beautiful neighborhoods with top-notch school districts, stunning beaches, art museums, diverse dining options, and concert venues. Moreover, Manhattan is just a short drive or train journey away. Our organization provides comprehensive healthcare through its various sites and consists of 77 physicians across nearly every medical and surgical specialty. The facility features a fully equipped imaging center, an accredited office endoscopy center, and an on-site laboratory, supported by a dedicated team that includes RNs and MAs.

The division aligns with the mission of the Icahn School of Medicine by integrating patient care, research, and education. • Proficient in all facets of Breast Imaging and interventional techniques
• Serve a diverse patient base while enjoying a desirable community with excellent educational institutions and cultural offerings
• Utilize the EMR system: EPIC

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Valid New York Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience

• Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities
• A robust work ethic and a desire to engage in a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare system

The compensation range is between $250,000 and $550,000 (excluding bonuses or incentive compensation and benefits).

Our organization provides a salary range to comply with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may be closer to either end of the range, and in some cases, may fall outside the listed range. The stated salary range applies to full-time positions and does not include bonuses or benefits.
