Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree and/or 5 years Equivalent Experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrates abilities solutioning the Guidewire Suite of applications on premises and SaaS.
• Proven success executing all aspects of complex engagements within the Guidewire product suite achieving on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Demonstrates abilities providing solution strategy and Application Evolution Services (AES, formerly AMS) delivery as a Senior Guidewire Developer.
• Delivers Guidewire application solutions capable of navigating both business processes and enterprise solution perspectives.
• Develops scalable and robust Guidewire Solution Strategies in a hybrid IT landscape.
• Identifies and addresses client needs by developing and sustaining impactful client relationships.
• Works with global teams to achieve organizational vision, establishing direction and motivating members.
• Responsible for delivery and review of deliverables ensuring compliance with defined processes.
• Develops strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently.
• Key contributor internally and externally with white papers, blogs, and training.
