We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support marketing initiatives across digital, web, social, video, and print channels. This role blends strong design execution with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who can translate campaign goals into effective, brand-aligned work. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing several projects at once, refining work based on feedback, and delivering high-quality materials that drive engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and produce original creative assets that align with campaign goals, target audiences, brand identity, and messaging priorities.
• Resize, reformat, and tailor design work for a range of channels, placements, and aspect ratios while preserving a cohesive visual presentation.
• Develop multiple advertising concepts and creative variations to support audience segmentation, message testing, and performance marketing efforts.
• Design landing pages and other web-based experiences with careful attention to usability, readability, visual flow, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Edit and assemble short-form video and motion pieces using available footage, graphics, text, audio, and brand assets for digital and social use.
• Prepare print collateral for production by setting up accurate files that meet specifications for color, resolution, bleed, and vendor requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, media, copy, and creative stakeholders to move projects from concept through final delivery.
• Respond to revisions efficiently, applying feedback in a thoughtful way that maintains brand standards and overall design quality.
• Balance concurrent assignments, shifting priorities, and tight turnaround times while providing dependable support for day-to-day creative needs.
• Own assigned projects from early exploration and design development through final production and release.• 5+ years of graphic design experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media, an in-house creative environment, or an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that showcases high-quality work across digital campaigns, social media, web design, advertising, and print materials.
• Advanced expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proven ability to create static marketing and advertising assets that are visually strong and aligned with business objectives.
• Experience producing and editing short-form video or motion content for social platforms, digital campaigns, or related marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy across digital and print applications.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to apply them to landing pages, websites, and other digital experiences.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and revisions in a fast-paced environment.
