Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA). 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. Experience with revenue accounting and working under US GAAP. Experience with finance and accounting data analysis and implementation of controls or risk mitigation. Preferred qualifications: Experience in creating accounting memos, process documentation and presentations. Experience in SQL and automation. Excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and understand and present data. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement. Strong data aggregation skills with excellent attention to detail. About the job Google accountants are a savvy bunch who handle the core accounting responsibilities at Google. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports.
