Power Platform Developer

Job Description A midstream oil & gas customer in Houston is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to lead the development of custom business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations. This individual will primarily build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while also supporting solution architecture, integrations, governance, and stakeholder engagement. They will work cross‑functionally throughout the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through deployment and support. Responsibilities include establishing Power Platform standards and best practices, designing integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications, identifying automation opportunities, ensuring compliance with DLP policies, change management procedures, and SOX controls, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
