At Chesterbrook Academy our Preschool Teachers create engaging experiences that help children learn through exploration and play. You’ll have curriculum and lesson-planning resources to support you while still having opportunities to bring your own interests, talents, and creativity into the classroom. You’ll help build a strong foundation that helps children feel confident, capable, and excited about learning.

A Day in the Life

• Bring lessons to life through hands-on activities, stories, art, music, movement, and play.

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
