Growing together.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:Outpatient neurology (with minimal call and light rounding)Large referring base with backing through the Optum Centers of Excellence networkFull-Time (1.0 FTE) working 5 days per week (40 hours) with some TelemedicineGrowth, Leadership, and Teaching opportunities when timing alignsPractice would consist of 6-8 clinicians (Physicians and Advanced Practitioners)Ancillary services include Sleep, Neuro Diagnostics, Infusion, and Neuro PsychTeam-based approach to best patient outcomes through value-based careOrders lab studies and imaging when indicated. Identifies differential diagnosis and assesses severity of patient's illness and establishes need/time for patient evaluationConsults with other health team members regarding proposed treatment guidelines as necessary - Implements plan in safe and effective manner. Utilizes sound judgment in the establishment of priorities in patient's care and management. Records visit in concise, clear, logical manner. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
