Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders. Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and minimize excess inventory. Optimize inventory turnover and storage costs while maintaining product freshness and quality. Ensure accuracy in order quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules while adhering to budget constraints. Collaborate with logistics partners to facilitate timely delivery and shipment tracking. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with market demands and promotional activities.
