In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy through telehealth, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete client assessments and gather relevant psychosocial historyDevelop, implement, and update treatment plans based on clinical needsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as appropriateRespond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment and professionalismCoordinate care with other providers when needed
