What You'll Do

• Assemble industrial cooling and electro-mechanical systems

• Read work orders, blueprints, and build instructions

• Use hand and power tools to build components

• Assemble frames, piping, wiring, and cooling units

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy

• Document production and inspection results

• Package finished products for shipment

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience

• Ability to read blueprints and drawings

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Quality inspection experience

• Ability to lift, move materials, and stand throughout the shift

Work Environment

• Modern manufacturing and warehouse facility

• Climate-controlled and safety-focused

• Work with advanced cooling and thermal management systems

• Regular lifting, walking, and material handling

• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks

• PPE required (steel-toe or safety-toe footwear)

• Organized, clean workspace following 6S standards

Ideal Candidate

Someone with assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience who is comfortable using tools, reading blueprints, and working in a fast-paced environment while building high-quality products.

This is a Contract position based out of Cheektowaga, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
