Your Role as an Assistant Teacher You are an enthusiastic assistant teacher who supports the lead teacher in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus is to assist in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well‑being. You will collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across multiple areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication. Requirements Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and be able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
