Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily activities accurately and within established timelines under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures.
- Draw blood specimens safely and accurately from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required documentation and records.
- Promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public.
- Demonstrate professionalism, organizational commitment, and strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to provide accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.
