Vocational Evaluator (Paying up to 50% of Revenue)

We are seeking a certified Vocational Evaluator to join our Vocational Evaluations Department. The role involves interviewing clients, administering formal assessments, performing work site evaluations, and producing clinical reports that recommend vocational or educational pathways. Essential Functions Conduct a wide variety of assessments including interest inventories, academic achievement, and IQ assessments. Coordinate and perform work site evaluations. Prepare reports detailing assessment methods, observations, and recommendations. Other related tasks as directed. Position Qualifications Assessments and Evaluations Autonomy Communication Interpersonal Relationship Building Collaboration Interdisciplinary Team Skills Ethical Standards Time Management Skills & Abilities Education: Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred. Master’s holders with a valid CRC, PVE, ICVE, or ABVE designations will be considered without experience. Experience: One year of full‑time documented experience conducting evaluations with individuals with disabilities. Experience with CARF and/or APD standards is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English, Creole/English) is a plus. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, paper‑based and computer‑based assessment administration, and the MS Teams platform (or similar conferencing platforms) for telehealth evaluations. Background Screening Requirement: Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Other Requirements Reliable transportation required including a valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance. A passion for working with individuals with disabilities. SUPERVISION: No supervisory responsibilities. TRAVEL: Local travel required. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment. JOB TYPE: Independent Contractor. PAY: Up to 50% of revenue.

1. Day Evaluation: $350 for remote and $425 for in‑person.
2. Day Evaluation: $742.00 for in‑person.
