  A typical day for a Licensed Sales Professional involves:

• connecting with prospective and existing clients to discuss their insurance needs
• provide coverage recommendations
• prepare quotes and explain policy options 
• responding to inquiries by phone, email, and text, processing applications
• CRM management & follow up with leads
