Speech Language Pathologist (Part-time) The Orchards at Lapeer, a leading provider of compassionate and professional care, is seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. About the Role: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with our patients in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will be responsible for administering speech therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these disorders Provide speech therapy services to patients in a LTC/SNF setting Utilize billing systems, including Net Health and PCC, to manage patient records and billing Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate records and reports Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist who has worked in LTC/SNF settings and has experience with billing systems, including Net Health and PCC.
