Professional Mover / Moving Crew Member: Paid Training, Flexible Hours
TrueNorth Moving Co. | Pullman, Moscow & Lewiston-Clarkston Valley
Job description:
Want hands-on work with a crew that takes pride in doing it right? TrueNorth Moving Co. & Storage is growing its team of movers across the Pullman-Moscow-Lewiston area.
Locally owned and operating on the Palouse since 2019, we handle household moves, commercial relocations, specialty items, and storage. Our crew stands out because they show up, communicate, and finish what they start. If you want real training, a team that has your back, and a path to take on more, apply today.
What you'll do:
- Pack, load, transport, unload, and set up household and commercial items
- Protect customers' belongings as if they were your own
- Use moving equipment correctly: dollies, straps, pads, ramps, and liftgates
- Work alongside a coordinated crew and follow your lead's direction
- Help see every job through to a clean finish
What we're looking for:
- Dependable availability, with set days and times you can be scheduled
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly, in any weather
- A valid driver's license (strongly preferred)
- Integrity, a willingness to learn, and a steady head when a job gets busy
- Someone who finishes the job: moves can run long, and finishing well matters to the customer
What you get:
- $18.50–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Paid training with a crew lead who teaches you, not a sink-or-swim start
- A schedule built around your availability
- A team that invests in your development
Job type: Full-time or part-time
Hours: 5–40 per week
Schedule: Weekday day shifts, with weekend work as needed. Some jobs run past the scheduled end time, which is part of finishing well.
Location: In person in Pullman, WA and the surrounding Palouse, including Moscow and Lewiston
We're hiring now and training starts soon. Applications are reviewed daily, and we'll reach out quickly to qualified candidates.
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
- Paid training
Application Question(s):
- Do you have reliable transportation and an active driver's license?
- How many hours per week are you looking for?
- What is your work availability?
- Are you at least 18 years old?
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Required)
Work Location: In person
