This is a unique opportunity to work in a chronic, in-center setting, providing vital care and education to patients while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care
• Provide education to patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications
• Participate in quality improvement projects
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
• Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Previous Dialysis experience required
• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred
• Flexibility to work at any clinic location in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point
• Ability to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs
