Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in New Mexico. This role involves providing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. The position requires compliance with state licensure and certification standards, focusing on patient-centered care and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, at least 0 years of clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery or related specialty
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in labor and delivery nursing, Baccalaureate or higher nursing degree (B.S.N. or M.S.N.), additional professional certifications in maternal and neonatal care
• Additional Information: This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Unit, adhering to facility protocols and standards of care. The role includes performing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support maternal and neonatal health.
