Trillium Construction is seeking Wood Framing Carpenters near Hastings, MN to construct a new veterinary clinic.This is ground-up commercial wood framing work on a single-story building. Key Responsibilities Frame exterior and interior wood walls. Layout walls from construction prints. Install floor systems, roof trusses, rafters, and structural framing members. Sheath walls and roof systems using OSB or plywood. Frame window and door openings. Install blocking, backing, and miscellaneous framing components. Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings. Measure, cut, and assemble dimensional lumber accurately. Operate circular saws, miter saws, framing nailers, lasers, and other carpentry tools. Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, and elevated work platforms when required. Pay: Up to $30 Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week Qualifications Experience with wood framing, blueprint reading, layout, and safely working on -an active commercial construction site Experience framing commercial buildings, multifamily housing, schools, churches, medical offices, or similar wood-structured projects Should be comfortable building the structural shell of the building from the ground up, including wall layout, framing, roof systems, and sheathing.
