Qualifications:Experience with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor technologies, MMIC design and layout, electro-magnetic simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools like ADS and Momentum/RFPro/Sonnet.MSEE/PhD degree in EE with background in RF/microwave engineering, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis.Must be a US citizen or green card holderProficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc.Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modelingKnowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plusMicrowave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experienceProficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.Must have excellent teamwork and communications skillsRemote opportunities may be possible for the right person#LI-PG1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
