Job Description Join a leading line pipe distributor in South Houston as a Forklift Operator on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will manage and organize inventory, handle incoming shipments, and support efficient order fulfillment. You will operate heavy-duty forklifts, move and stage materials, and maintain organization throughout the pipe yard. • Operate forklifts to unload trucks and move inventory throughout the yard
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing materials and work areas
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing and verifying orders
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 35 years of experience in a pipe yard and forklift operation
• Experience operating heavy industrial forklifts (25,000 lbs. capacity or more)
• Valid forklift certification required
• Experience handling carbon and stainless-steel pipe preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
