We are seeking an Associate Estate Planning Attorney to become a part of our growing Tri City team! As an Associate EP, you will gain experience in both client-facing as well as back-end administration, drafting of documents, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients wanting to complete their personal estate plans.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as Revocable Trusts, Living Wills, and Power of Attorney on behalf of clients
- Work with our vendors to ensure an excellent client experience from start to completion
- Draft and record property deeds
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- JD required, licensed in Michigan
- Goal-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High capacity for hands-on training
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
